Due to the tight competition in the telecommunication industry, all the companies in this sector run copious amounts of promotional campaigns to sell their product. Having said that it is not easy for an agency to come up with a novel idea for a new campaign for this sector.
For MCI’s new promotional campaign, we decided to focus on brand identity and brand promise, and not the prizes that were to be included in the campaign. The operator’s brand name is Hamrahe Avval (First Companion), and that was the reason for us to engage the brand concept along with the promotion’s promised value in our tagline: this companion, worth billions!The giveaway prizes in this campaign would be worth 10 billion Iranian Rials.
